"Only people who are capable of loving strongly can also suffer great sorrow, but this same necessity of loving serves to counteract their grief and heals them."

My Story

I am a certified Coaching Professional who specializes in helping people overcome grief and loss. I coach by employing both the mind and heart to defeat challenges effectively and achieve personal goals. I was first introduced to coaching after experiencing a profound loss. I found the techniques extremely helpful and was inspired to share them with others. My passion grew into a career where I aspire to guide people in channeling the energy that is tied to grief and loss into something that brings them a newfound sense of hope and peace. If you would like to learn more about my practice, please reach out for a free consultation.

How is Coaching different than Counseling?

Coaching is a practice that focuses on the present and is goal oriented. Coaches offer emotional support while aiming to motivate and create confidence in others so they are able to overcome obstacles and achieve personal goals. Counseling/Therapy helps you recognize and solve your problems in life, may focus on resolutions to past problems so that one can move forward, and specializes in mental health conditions.
